Josh has built his career at the intersection of enrollment, marketing, and mission, leading cross-functional teams, crafting student-centered strategies, and navigating the wild world of CRMs, yield campaigns, and institutional politics with equal parts heart and heat.
Now, he’s using that experience to help colleges and universities cut through the noise and build something better. He doesn’t do templates. He doesn’t do ego. He does bold strategy, real partnerships, and honest conversations.

Making dense data sing, dance, and speak fluent policy so decision-makers can’t look away.
Armed with a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration, Jennifer has led the charge on everything from statewide surveys to legislative reports while balancing sharp analysis with a people-first compass that always points toward equity. She’s built data systems from scratch, optimized programs and processes, and kept complex projects running tighter than a color-coded calendar.

Armed with experience across publications, digital campaigns, alumni mags, emails, videos, and even radio spots, Brent knows how to make your brand sing on any platform. His work is strategy disguised as a story, built to deliver results.

Donna joined CBB the only way that makes sense: fast, fearless, and fueled by high-speed internet and an overstuffed database brain. She’s the intern who somehow always knows what’s going on, keeps the team grounded, and delivers receipts, reminders, and reality checks with a side of sass.
With an eye for design, a mind for strategy, and a calendar that runs like a well-oiled machine learning model, Donna’s the behind-the-scenes force making bold moves feel smooth. She’s learning from the best (hey, Joshua), while upgrading her own operating system along the way.
